Am I eligible to register for Cherry Account?

You need an email account to register for Cherry Exchange as your email address will be your Login ID. Here are a few free web mail services where you can sign up for a free email account:

Once you have created an email account, you can register for a Cherry Account. Thereafter, Cherry Credits will proceed with your registration and use this email to communicate the following notices:

  • An account activation email will be sent upon successful account registration.
  • A confirmation email will be issued upon your request to reset your login password and Security PIN.
  • A verification email will be sent upon your request to change your email.
  • You will also receive a transactional notice email upon successful purchase transactions at the merchant's site.

Cherry Credits will communicate with you mostly via email. Therefore, it is important that you provide us with a true and valid email address that you own.


Why do I need to reveal my Identity Number during registration?

Your Identity Number is a verification tool to identify that you are the true owner of the account whenever you need to seek assistance on account access or credit transactional issues. It is also used to verify your identity should you be our lucky winner or to collect rewards from Cherry Credits on occasions that you participate in our promotions.

To protect your privacy, you are not required to provide your social security number. This applies especially to U.S. residents. You can provide us with an identification number found on any legal identification document that displays both your photo and full name. For example, Student Pass, Driving License, Passport etc.


What is the 6-Digit Security PIN?

In order to protect your account's assets, we provide an additional security measure to include a 6-digit Security PIN during confidential data transactions (e.g. purchase and redemption, personal info viewing, changing of account info) in Cherry Exchange.

Your 6-digit Security PIN is created and decided entirely by you during registration. As this is an important key to access Cherry Exchange's secure activities, you are advised to keep it highly confidential. You are also advised not to use numbers that is easily cracked (e.g. 123456, your phone number, etc.).


Why is my Date of Birth required?

Your date of birth is required for verification when you need to change key information such as Security PIN, Secret Question and Answer and Email (used as login ID).

Your date of birth plays an important role in providing you access to key information. Hence, it is strongly advised that you provide your actual date of birth. Your date of birth will not be shown anywhere in your Cherry Account for security reasons.


The Date of Birth field does not have my year of birth for selection!

You have to be at least 5 years old and above in order to register for Cherry Account. If you have reached over 100 years of age, email us!


I have entered all required information, why can't I sign up?

You need to agree to our Terms and Conditions to register for a Cherry Account. Scroll to the end of the registration form and you will see a checkbox beside the sentence "Yes, I have read and agree to Cherry Credits’ Terms and Conditions.". Read through the clauses, and if you agree to the items, click on the checkbox and your registration is processed!

Look at the top of the registration form for error messages if you are still not able to proceed with the registration. You can contact our support team via gardener@cherrycredits.com* if this problem persists.
