Go to your Cherry Messenger and click on the redemption message. |

Check for the e-PIN redeemed, it is display as ePIN Serial Number in blue and Pin Number in blue. |

Log on to Softnyx’s official website with your Softnyx account and click on 'Cash Charge' under 'Cash Purchase' found on the menu. |

Select 'Cherry Credits' as the payment method. Ensure that your browser allows pop-up. |
